Vice Manager of Maintenance

?? **Location:** Parque Industrial Aeropuerto (PIA), Querétaro, Mexico
?? **Salary:** $50,000 – $70,000 MXN gross/month
?? **On-site**
?? **REQUIREMENTS**
? Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Automation, Engineering, or related field
?? **Professional Degree (Título) and valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional) – MANDATORY**
?? 10+ years of experience in industrial equipment and automation
? Strong knowledge of PLCs, especially Siemens PLCs
?? Experience configuring and troubleshooting frequency converters
?? **Experience with fiber optics – MANDATORY**
?? **Own car / personal vehicle – MANDATORY**
?? Must currently reside in Querétaro OR have full availability to relocate to Querétaro
?? Knowledge of CAD, electrical schematics, and equipment assembly drawings
??? Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
?? Strong leadership and technical problem-solving skills
?? Experience managing spare parts, maintenance budgets, equipment performance, and KPIs
?? Advanced English
?? **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
As Vice Manager of Equipment Maintenance, you will be responsible for:
?? Ensuring operational continuity and efficiency of production equipment
?? Leading preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
?? Managing equipment lifecycle and performance
?? Supporting automation and equipment improvement projects
?? Reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
?? Leading maintenance teams and continuous improvement initiatives
