BrainStim is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Business Development – Personal Injury Markets to lead the expansion of our relationships and referral partnerships within the personal injury and legal industry. This is a senior, high-impact role for a business development professional who understands the personal injury landscape and has established relationships with attorneys, law firms, and other key industry stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving meaningful revenue growth for BrainStim.
We are looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with strategic thinking, business development expertise, and a proven ability to generate results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on the personal injury and legal markets.
- Build, cultivate, and maintain relationships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, and other key referral sources.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that drive incremental growth.
- Expand BrainStim's presence and awareness within the personal injury community.
- Develop relationships with firms that represent new opportunities for BrainStim and generate new referral partnerships.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective firms and referral sources.
- Meet and exceed established business development and revenue goals.
- Represent BrainStim at industry events, networking opportunities, conferences, and other relevant functions.
- Work closely with leadership and internal teams to develop strategies that support growth and strengthen referral relationships.
- Track business development activity, opportunities, and results and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Stay informed on trends, developments, and opportunities within the personal injury and legal industries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Significant business development, sales, partnership, or relationship management experience.
- Strong knowledge of and experience working within the personal injury and/or legal industry.
- Established relationships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, and other relevant industry professionals strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success developing new business and generating revenue growth.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and networking skills.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, networking opportunities, conferences, and industry events as needed.
