Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business intelligence and CRM Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven business decision-making and optimize our reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BI, CRM Analytics, Salesforce administration, data visualization and Ai tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and business acumen to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM analytics to support key stakeholders.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM Analytics to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support business processes and decision-making.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Salesforce Analytics and other BI tools.
- Build predictive models for data visualization to identify areas of core focus for our Sales teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized data solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to customize Salesforce workflows, automation, and integrations.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze customer data, sales performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure proper data governance, compliance, and security protocols within Salesforce.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support for various projects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
