Vice President - Decision Science & Analytics - BFS

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive high-impact analytics initiatives that support strategic business decisions and long-term organizational objectives.

- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.

- Build and implement advanced analytical models, scenario planning frameworks, and decision-support solutions.

- Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams.

- Develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and insight-driven performance management capabilities.

Skills Required:

- 12+ years of experience in Analytics, Decision Science, Business Intelligence, Strategy, Consulting, or related domains.

- Strong expertise in data-driven decision-making, business analytics, and problem-solving.

- Experience working with large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.

- Proficiency in analytical tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.

- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership decisions.
