The company seeks to empower businesses through transformative digital solutions, focusing on Generative AI, smart automation, and intelligent systems. ## Job Summary The Vice President of Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading digital customer acquisition strategies to enhance revenue, organic traffic, and customer engagement for BirlaNest. This role is crucial to driving business growth and optimizing the company's digital presence across various channels. ## Responsibilities - Develop and lead the digital customer acquisition strategy across all digital touchpoints, including the website, content platforms, email, and social media, aligning with the company’s vision. - Drive growth in digital acquisition while taking full ownership of traffic, conversion, and return on investment (ROI) across all digital channels (paid search, SEO, affiliate marketing, retargeting, content marketing, CRM, and inside sales). - Continuously optimize performance through data-driven experimentation and insights-led enhancements, including A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, and landing-page optimization. - Oversee the day-to-day execution and performance of all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring disciplined campaign management and quality of execution. - Establish key performance metrics and provide proactive reporting to senior leadership, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement and scale. ## Qualifications - MBA from premier business schools. - 12-15 years of experience in new age internet companies (e.g., e-commerce, EdTech, e-health) or Healthcare, specifically leading teams focused on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with significant digital spend. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Proven track record in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing and a deep passion for digital technologies. - Experience with revenue target responsibilities in a digital business. - Creative skills for generating innovative marketing ideas to connect with the target audience. - Deep understanding of customer segmentation and behavior for B2C and D2C products and services. - Strong analytical skills for making data-driven decisions and solving problems. ## Preferred Skills - Experience in developing full-blown marketing execution plans that connect revenue and brand objectives. - Ability to synthesize data to inform decision-making. - Strong stakeholder management skills. ## Experience Candidates should have 12-15 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition within internet companies or healthcare sectors. ## Environment This position is based in Gurgaon and reports to the CEO of Birla Fertility & IVF and the CEO of CK Birla Hospital.
