Vice President - Finance & Fund Raising - Steel/Metals - CA

Role:

- Lead corporate finance, fund raising and treasury for a large Steel and Metals Group.

- Raise debt through banks and financial institutions for working capital, CAPEX and expansion.

- Manage senior banking relationships, particularly PSU banks in Delhi/NCR.

- Drive project finance, refinancing and enhancement of banking limits.

- Manage liquidity, cash flows and deployment of internal accruals and external funds.

- Optimize borrowing cost, funding mix and capital deployment.

- Work closely with CFO, Promoters, business teams and lenders.

- Evaluate funding requirements for Greenfield/Brownfield projects and major CAPEX.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead fund raising, banking, treasury, project finance, liquidity and deployment of internal accruals/external funds across the Group.

Candidate Required:

- CA / MBA Finance preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Fund Raising or Project Finance.

- Experience with a 700+ crore company/group.

- Strong PSU bank relationships in Delhi/NCR.

- Steel/Metals/Mining/Power/Infrastructure/Cement experience preferred.

- Proven debt raising and banking negotiation experience.

- Strong understanding of treasury, liquidity and capital deployment.

- Strong senior stakeholder and negotiation skills.
