Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer
Summary
Lead enterprise Java full-stack development for a government-related trust platform, modernizing systems with AI tools, cloud, microservices, and React/Angular frontends.
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full Stack Engineer to join our Conventional Trust Platform team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Define and execute enterprise Java full stack technology strategy.
Years of experience 10+ years
Champion AI-assisted development.
- Drive cloud, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API modernization.
- Establish secure, scalable, resilient application design standards.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across backend Java and frontend technologies.
Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, technical debt reduction, and vulnerability remediation.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Senior Full Stack Engineer background with Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong Java development expertise.
- Front-end experience with React and Angular.
- Exposure to AI development tools such as Claude CLI and Windsurf.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good to have: Experience with Workflow, Python, ML frameworks, LLM/GenAI tooling
