Summary
Leads Finance FBS service management, driving continuous improvement and overseeing end-to-end service delivery, governance, and performance reporting for CIMB.
This role is responsible for providing effective support to the Head of FBS- Service management in driving the continuous-improvement initiatives and managing end-to-end service delivery, governance and performance monitoring & reporting across Finance FBS operations. In addition, this role supports the COE-accounting knowledge management, and advisory on Delgation of Authority(DA) to ensure consistent standards and group-wide alignment.
