Reporting: VP Manufacturing - APAC

This is a strategic leadership role with complete responsibility for the India business P&L, overseeing a business of approximately 50 million in annual revenue with appx 600 employees. The site produce products for a diverse range of applications involving heat rejection and products / process cooling.

- Ensure continuous safe and efficient operations. Commit to plant safety procedures and safety culture.

- Responsibility for the plant operations (production output, product quality, production cost, lead-time).

- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.

- Responsible for the P&L, cash conversion cycle and drive for improved business results.

- Close cooperation with the Sales and Technology Organization to driving initiatives for ensuring the plant utilization.

- Develop a strong and dedicated local management team where the local team is taking accountability for their area of competence. Develop a culture of engagement for employees.

- Implement strategies in alignment with corporate strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.

- Implement systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, quality and costs.
