Republican Jobs is recruiting on behalf of a client in the political technology industry seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing operations, manage a growing portfolio of initiatives, and expand the company's presence ahead of the 2028 election cycle.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands-on marketing executive who understands the political industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage people, projects, budgets, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marketing operations across digital channels, content, and events.
• Manage marketing staff, workflows, deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Oversee website updates, blog content, marketing collateral, and customer-facing materials.
• Develop and execute LinkedIn and broader social media strategies.
• Plan and manage webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and virtual events.
• Expand the company's event and marketing calendar ahead of the 2028 election cycle.
• Track SEO performance, lead generation, engagement, and marketing ROI.
• Establish accountability across marketing initiatives and ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Senior-level marketing leadership experience in politics, technology, or advocacy.
• Strong understanding of political campaigns, organizations, customers, and election cycles.
• Proven experience managing remote teams and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong organizational skills and accountability.
• Experience overseeing events, digital marketing, websites, content, and budgets.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and marketing performance.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Location

• Salary: Starting at $180,000–$230,000+ annually, depending on experience.
• Additional Compensation: Benefits, performance bonuses, and commissions.
