Vice President of Business Development

The Vice President of Business Development is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction, structure, and performance expectations of the Business Development and Marketing departments. The individual in this role leads the team that creates awareness, generates qualified construction opportunities, cultivates key industry relationships, responds to all requests for qualifications, bids, and/or proposals, and assures the company's growth targets are achieved across all identified sectors. Reporting directly to the President, the VP is employed by Shockey Management Company and is accountable for team leadership, pipeline health, revenue generation, and brand positioning in the marketplace.
