VICE PRESIDENT OF BYD

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand BYD's electric vehicle and green energy business in Singapore.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Create annual and 5-year sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Lead sales activities across: Passenger electric vehicles and Commercial vehicles.
• Manage the department's profit and loss (P&L) performance.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, government agencies, and enterprise customers.
• Lead tender submissions for EV and renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Recruit, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
