Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand BYD's electric vehicle and green energy business in Singapore.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Create annual and 5-year sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Lead sales activities across: Passenger electric vehicles and Commercial vehicles.
- Manage the department's profit and loss (P&L) performance.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, government agencies, and enterprise customers.
- Lead tender submissions for EV and renewable energy projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Recruit, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
