Position Summary:

The Vice President of Hospice Strategic Growth is an executive leadership position responsible for the strategic direction, organization, and effectiveness of business development activities for Peoples Hospice & Palliative Care. The VP develops referral networks, identifies growth opportunities, leads assigned business development personnel, and partners with division and corporate leadership to support sustainable growth, high-quality patient service, organizational efficiency, and fiscal success. The position requires sound executive judgment, strong relationship management, analytical capability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
