This is a senior marketing leadership opportunity at a pivotal stage of brand and category expansion. You’ll lead senior teams across Creative, Integrated Marketing, Social, PR, Influencer, Lifecycle, and Trade Marketing. Working closely with global and regional leadership, you’ll shape how a globally recognized consumer brand connects with families across the U.S. You’ll have significant influence over investment, channel strategy, campaigns, and customer engagement. This is an opportunity for a bold, hands-on marketing executive to build brand fandom while delivering measurable commercial results.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and execute the North American omnichannel marketing strategy, translating global brand direction into locally relevant programs across mass retail, specialty, e-commerce, DTC, Amazon, and social commerce.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, household growth, and sustained retail sell-through.
  • Partner closely with Sales and retail teams to align marketing investments with retailer priorities, seasonal moments, commercial targets, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop retailer-specific strategies and shopper journeys that connect brand storytelling with measurable conversion and retail velocity.
  • Lead breakthrough campaigns and retail activations that strengthen brand relevance and turn consumer enthusiasm into commercial momentum.
  • Build and lead a high-performing senior marketing organization spanning Creative, Integrated Marketing, Social, PR, Influencer, Lifecycle, and Trade Marketing.
  • Establish the vision, operating cadence, performance standards, and organizational structure needed to scale the regional marketing function.
  • Lead a best-in-class social strategy that combines in-house content, creators, influencers, UGC, earned media, community engagement, and real-time cultural relevance.
  • Identify cultural moments and emerging trends that can strengthen brand fandom, generate organic reach, and create meaningful consumer engagement.
  • Champion lifecycle marketing and customer retention by partnering with global retention, analytics, product, and content teams to increase repeat engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Develop always-on CRM, loyalty, and community programs tailored to North American customer behaviors and growth opportunities.
  • Act as the key connection between global brand strategy and local market execution, advocating for regional needs while maximizing global alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Represent North American marketing in executive forums and influence global marketing roadmaps, priorities, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with regional general management leadership to align marketing priorities with broader growth and commercial objectives.
  • Own regional marketing measurement and performance accountability, defining KPIs across brand health, household growth, retail velocity, customer engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Analytics to evaluate incrementality, optimize ROI, allocate budgets, and balance short-term commercial performance with long-term brand equity.
  • Requirements:

    • 15+ years of professional marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading brand and/or integrated marketing functions within consumer products.
    • Experience in entertainment, retail, children's, youth, family, or similarly consumer-focused categories is strongly preferred.
    • Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns across social, earned media, retail, digital, and experiential channels that deliver measurable cultural and commercial impact.
    • Deep understanding of U.S. parent and caregiver audiences, particularly families with toddlers and preschool-aged children.
    • Demonstrated ability to build brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and drive retention through compelling creative storytelling and customer-first marketing.
    • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect brand investment and creative execution to measurable growth outcomes.
    • Significant experience leading and developing senior, diverse, creative, and highly execution-oriented marketing teams.
    • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams around a shared strategic vision.
    • Proven ability to operate effectively within complex, matrixed, global organizations and to adapt global strategies for regional market dynamics.
    • Experience balancing global brand consistency with locally relevant campaigns, messaging, cultural insights, and commercial priorities.
    • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, with experience using marketing performance data to inform investment, channel mix, prioritization, and optimization.
    • A builder's mindset: hands-on, adaptable, action-oriented, and focused on measurable impact.
    • Customer-obsessed approach, with genuine empathy for children, parents, caregivers, and the broader consumer experience.
    • Curious, creative, energetic, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments that require rapid iteration and high-quality execution.
    • Strong collaborative mindset, optimism, resilience, and the ability to motivate teams through ambitious challenges.
    • Must be based in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates located on the U.S. East Coast.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 30–40%.
    • Benefits:
