Vice President of Product, AI and Agent

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a customer‑obsessed Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our AI and agent products. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing, CRM, and analytics to build AI infrastructure and application products/systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the product roadmap for key components of the AI and agent platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Track global AI product and technology advancements, define and design high‑value AI‑driven features.
- Lead the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch, including writing PRDs, technical specifications, and product operations.
- Develop and track success metrics, conduct data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the company, including Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teams.
- Drive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of AI and related industry experience, with at least 3+ years in technical product management.
- Strong technical background and proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale.
- Excellence in written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin, with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision making.
- Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Nice‑to‑Haves
- PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT, or equivalent.
- Strong technical understanding of ML/AI concepts, particularly in NLP and LLMs.
- Solid track record of innovation and zero‑to‑one product development and operations.
- Experience with successful Conversational AI or Agentic AI products.
