Vice President of Sales - Sr. Living
Description
Lead the sales engine behind Benchmark’s growth.
Every move-in starts with a conversation, and the teams having those conversations are the heart of what we do. As our VP Sales, you’ll lead the people who help families find the right home for someone they love, and you’ll set the direction for how Benchmark Senior Living grows.
This is an executive role with real reach. You’ll coach and direct multiple sales teams, set the quotas and expectations that drive performance, and give senior leadership the forecasts and insight they need to plan with confidence. You’ll keep a close eye on pricing, volume, and mix to make sure we hit our revenue and profit goals, and you’ll work across functions to keep sales strategy tied to the bigger picture. You’ll report directly to the COO, with a seat at the table where strategy gets shaped.
If you’re a seasoned sales leader with deep senior living experience, a gift for developing people, and the strategic and persuasive skills to move an organization forward, we’d love to talk.
