Flamingo BPO Technology Solutions Ltd is a rapidly growing organization specializing in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), delivering end-to-end revenue cycle solutions to healthcare providers across the United States. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and business-oriented Vice President - Operations to lead our RCM business and drive operational excellence, profitability, client satisfaction, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end US Healthcare RCM operations across all functions including Eligibility Verification, Medical Coding, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, AR Calling, Denial Management, Medical Billing, Credentialing, and Patient Support.

- Own complete P&L responsibility with a strong focus on revenue growth, operational efficiency, profitability, and cost optimization.

- Develop and execute business strategies to scale operations while maintaining high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Build, mentor, and lead large cross-functional teams, creating a high-performance and accountability-driven culture.

- Drive workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.

- Establish and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, turnaround time, and financial performance metrics.

- Strengthen client relationships by serving as the primary executive point of contact for strategic accounts.

- Lead client governance meetings, business reviews, contract discussions, and escalation management.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, AI adoption, and operational transformation.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data security standards, and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Finance, HR, Technology, and Quality teams to support organizational objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies.

- Support business expansion, new client transitions, due diligence, and implementation of new service lines.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.

- Proven experience managing large-scale RCM operations with complete business ownership.

- Strong expertise across all RCM functions and US healthcare payer processes.

- Demonstrated success in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Extensive experience handling US healthcare clients, stakeholder management, and executive-level customer engagement.

- Strong understanding of revenue cycle KPIs, operational metrics, and quality frameworks.

- Excellent people leadership with experience managing teams of 300+ employees.

- Strong analytical, strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Experience in scaling operations, setting up delivery centers, and driving business growth will be highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)

- Masters Degree/MBA (Preferred)

- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Healthcare Management, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
