Vice President, Partnerships and Recruitment
Description
Why this role matters
Nurses are the heart of healthcare, and many already work in the health systems that need them most. As our VP, Partnerships & Recruitment, you'll build and run Nightingale's national B2B recruitment organization. You'll bring our nursing programs to the employers, educators, and communities that want to grow their workforce. You'll set the strategy, own the P&L, and build a team in every state we serve. It's a rare chance to build something from the ground up in our Growth Office.
What you'll do
- Build a state-by-state recruitment organization. Hire and lead a B2B recruitment team in every state. Define the market model for each state (five primary and two secondary markets). Set territories, quotas, and performance standards, and scale as states are added.
- Secure preferred-pricing contracts. Lead your team to agreements with health systems and employers. Coordinate pricing and tuition models with the CFO and CGO. Make the final call on contract terms within your delegated authority.
- Run onsite events and campaigns. Oversee events and campaigns at partner health system sites that produce qualified leads, applications, and enrollments.
- Own the marketing and awareness plan. Build awareness of our nursing programs among health system employees, partners, and communities. Work with Marketing on messaging, channels, budget, and measurement.
- Form articulation agreements. Partner with other educational programs, with events and co-marketing at those sites.
- Build economic and workforce development relationships. Use them to secure funding, expand employer tuition support, and strengthen our market position.
- Lead executive relationships. Engage CNO, CFO, COO, CEO, and CHRO leaders. Represent Nightingale at industry forums and health association convenings.
- Own revenue, P&L, and the operating model. Manage partner-sourced enrollment, cost per lead and cost per start, margin, and forecasting. Design CRM and pipeline governance (Salesforce and HubSpot) and attribution reporting.
- Integrate across Functions. Work with Enrollment, Marketing, Academic and Clinical Operations, and Finance. Confirm that program delivery and clinical placement capacity can meet commitments before the team signs agreements.
- Lead culture. Build a high-impact culture grounded in clear metrics, coaching, and accountability, consistent with the Core 7.
You'll also lead B2B admissions, Title IV partner onboarding, and representation of NEG Nursing Workforce Leadership.
