Description
- Supervision and credit management of CBCs portfolio for the following: -
- Asset Quality monitoring – Delinquency tracking/ force impairment/ NPL
- Early warning accounts identification for all CBC’s portfolio based on predictive tools & remedial proposals
- Fresh Impairment & ECL projection including FRS 139 (IA Provision) monthly reporting to Finance & Group Risk
- Collaborate with CBC on submission of R&R Proposals. Thereafter to closely monitor the implementation and compliance of the R&R proposals with the CBCs, to prevent the accounts from falling into impaired status.
- Pricing, ad-hoc contractors appointment and adhoc appointment of Insurer request
- Administrative tracking and monitoring of monthly stale / unrated rating/ interim Credit Risk Rating/ overdue review / bullet & balloon credit / Prohibited Credit/ trade risk indicator / escrow accounts / R&R submission/ Country Risk Rating/
- PWC, BNM and GCAD Audit reply review.
- Stress Test and portfolio assessments
- Account planning and follow up on special attention / weak accounts not limited to exit plan/ reduction scheme to mitigate potential losses & ECL.
- Post mortem on accounts turning impaired with specific learning lessons, common errors, major cause of default etc.
- Evaluate and recommend annual review / amendment / R&R proposal under DA of CCZs
- Monitoring of Sector Appetite / sector limit
- Adhoc assignments from time to time.
