Vice President, Product Marketing Management - Services

These services are foundational to delivering end-to-end financial experiences for small and mid-market businesses and are increasingly embedded in Intuit’s AI-driven platform strategy.
We are seeking a Vice President, Product Marketing Management - Services to lead and scale our Services Product Marketing organization at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation. This executive will be responsible for building a durable, AI-ready, revenue-linked go-to-market operating system that accelerates adoption, strengthens product-market fit, and drives sustained revenue growth across the Services portfolio.
This role is central to shaping the future of financial services within the QuickBooks and IES ecosystems. The VP will modernize and scale the Services GTM engine, embed Services deeply into Intuit’s AI-first platform evolution, and ensure the portfolio delivers measurable financial impact across adoption, usage, and monetization. In doing so, this leader will play a critical role in advancing one of Intuit’s highest-priority growth areas while building a high-performing, enterprise-scale product marketing organization.
This role reports to the SVP, GBSG Business Platform Marketing and services as a key member of the Business Platform Marketing Leadership team.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Services Portfolio Strategy & Positioning
Define where we play, who we serve, and how we win across the Services portfolio.
Develop differentiated value propositions and messaging for Payments, Capital, Bill Pay, WFS, and other emerging offerings.
Drive portfolio-level product-market fit analysis and influence roadmap prioritization through structured inbound insights.
Ensure Services is clearly positioned within the broader QuickBooks & Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) ecosystem and AI-enabled platform strategy, serving our small business and mid-market customer segments.
2. Build and Scale a Best-in-Class Product Marketing Operating System
Establish a rigorous inbound and outbound product marketing engine that directly informs product roadmap decisions.
Standardize and scale GTM planning frameworks to enable repeatable deployment across all lines of business (LOBs).
Integrate measurable KPIs to connect GTM strategy to financial outcomes and ROI.
Strengthen channel orchestration across the broader Commercial marketing ecosystem, , sales, accountant, partnerships, and customer success.
Drive readiness excellence across launches, enablement, and adoption motions.
3. Drive Revenue Acceleration & Monetization Excellence
Own revenue-linked outcomes across the Services portfolio, including adoption, incremental revenue, and usage growth.
Partner with Finance to support forecasting, financial modeling, and revenue planning.
Actively manage growth drivers and mitigation strategies to achieve aggressive fiscal targets.
Operate with a platform mindset, balancing product, GTM, and financial levers.
4. Transform Go-To-Market for an AI-Enabled Platform
Redesign Sales and Marketing strategies to support Intuit’s AI-driven product evolution.
Ensure Services positioning, adoption strategies, and enablement are aligned to AI-first value propositions.
Partner cross-functionally to embed Services into platform-level initiatives.
Drive post-purchase consumption strategies to maximize customer value realization and lifetime value.
5. Build and Develop a High-Performance Organization
Lead and scale a high-performing Services Product Marketing organization.
Strengthen bench depth and develop future leaders.
Build a culture known for accountability, partnership, quality of work, and measurable impact.
Foster tight cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
Establish operating cadence and governance rhythms that ensure clarity and execution discipline.
Qualifications
12+ years of product marketing and go-to-market leadership experience in SaaS, Fintech, Financial Services, or platform businesses.
Proven leadership of large-scale businesses ($500M–$1B+ revenue) with demonstrated year-over-year growth.
Deep experience driving monetization strategy including pricing, packaging, and commercialization.
Track record of building and scaling product marketing teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps through structured customer and market insights.
Experience driving measurable revenue outcomes through coordinated GTM strategies.
