Vice President, Sales Operations

The Vice President, Sales Operations provides strategic leadership to optimize sales processes, enhance client support, and oversee external partnerships and broker acquisitions. This role ensures sales operations align with business objectives, driving operational excellence, and supporting a seamless client experience. This role oversees a diverse portfolio that includes the Client Contact Centre, Distribution and Sales Operations, Quebec Operations, Group Sales, and advisor support functions (including OA1 and OA2 District Office Operations). The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across these areas, ensuring operational excellence, consistent service delivery, and alignment with organizational goals.
