Vice President / Senior Vice President – Fund Services – Wealth Solutions

Otium Asia Pte Ltd is a recruitment agency. Our client is looking for a VP/SVP Fund Services.

This role is responsible for overseeing the setup, administration, and ongoing operational management of fund structures and single-family office arrangements across multiple jurisdictions. The position works closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and seamless client servicing while supporting the strategic growth of the Fund Services platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the establishment and implementation of various fund structures, including Cayman funds, Singapore VCCs, and single-family office structures across different jurisdictions and asset classes.

Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of funds, including investor onboarding, subscription and redemption processing, periodic distributions, and NAV review processes.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Investment, Compliance, Finance, and Business Management, as well as external stakeholders including fund administrators, auditors, and legal advisers.

Review and enhance operational workflows, internal controls, and governance procedures to improve efficiency and risk management.

Act as a key point of contact and subject matter resource for fund operations and family office structures for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Partner with Relationship Managers and senior management to support client structuring requirements and operational solutions.

Ensure all operational activities comply with internal policies, regulatory obligations, and audit requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and support timely reporting for governance, compliance, and audit purposes.

Support regional and cross-functional initiatives while contributing to process standardization and knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Requirements:

- 5-10 years in Fund Services roles
