Vice President - Software Product Delivery

We are looking for an experienced VP - Delivery to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of BFSI products and solutions across enterprise clients. The role will own delivery, client success, financial performance, operational excellence, and large-scale team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end product implementation and delivery, including planning, execution, deployment, and go-live.

- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality, SLAs, and commercial commitments.

- Lead senior client relationships, governance reviews, escalations, and CXO-level engagements.

- Manage and mentor a 200 - 250+ member cross-functional delivery organization.

- Drive revenue, utilization, margins, forecasting, cost optimization, and resource planning.

- Partner with Sales/BD on proposals, estimations, commercial discussions, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Technology teams for product enhancements and successful implementations.

- Establish delivery governance, KPIs, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, scope changes, quality, compliance, and contractual commitments.

- Provide BFSI domain leadership across Banking, Lending, Insurance, Digital Banking, and Financial Services.

Qualifications:

- 13+ years in Delivery, Program Management, Product Implementation, or Technology leadership.

- Proven experience managing 200 - 250+ professionals across multiple clients/programs.

- Strong BFSI domain and enterprise implementation experience.

- Strong understanding of P&L, revenue, margins, utilization, and commercial management.

- Experience with Fixed-Price and T&M engagements.

- Strong client management, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Experience with Agile delivery and enterprise technology platforms preferred.

- Candidates with experience primarily in IT infrastructure / infrastructure operations will not be considered.
