About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Your Role:

• Assisting with the efforts of acquiring new business as well as manage and retain existing client relationships, building out a best in class MOS Global operations team.
• Assisting in the resolution of complex client or service delivery issues.
• Continually seeking to understand current and emerging client needs, expectations and business priorities from current and potential clients.
• In interaction with senior management, relevant stakeholders and peers you will oversee and manage operational service delivery for large international Fund industry clients, manage, train, and assist assigned Assistant Vice Presidents in the successful running of their teams.
• Creating positive and professional client relationships based on integrity, efficiency and personalized service.
• Advocating continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence; regularly investigate processes, generate different and innovative solutions that address workflows and meaningful work issues, problems and opportunities.
• Participating in meetings/calls with clients and/or stakeholders to evaluate service quality and look for improvements.
• Assisting in enhancing current servicing levels, manage various operational aspects in order to deliver beyond client expectations.
• Monitoring internal service delivery levels against established standards (contractual Service Level Agreements).
• Ensuring a high priority on the achievement of client satisfaction within team.
• Managing and help SVP to manage Incidents and Complaints.
• Recognizing client activities that are potentially harmful to Citco and escalate these accordingly.
• Participating in ad-hoc projects that may be defined in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.
• Participating in and lead projects that will enhance the delivery of service to Citco’s clients, efficiency as well as staff engagement and motivation.
• Actively promoting and supporting change initiatives within the business; Contribute to corporate initiatives.
• Setting up consistent procedures and communication processes to establish goals, clarify responsibilities, engage team members, leverage their strengths, share feedback, and adjust plans.
• Providing feedback, instruction, and development guidance to help others excel in their current or future job responsibilities; plan and support the development of individual skills and abilities.
• Looking for and capitalize on opportunities to encourage and reward successful team performance.
• Keeping people focused on critical goals and deadlines through frequent and consistent communication.
• Providing staff management support to the managers, assisting them to effectively deal with staff issues.
• Developing and motivating the team members and identify their training needs.
• Proactively monitoring need and allocation of resources in order to ensure efficient client service delivery and team satisfaction.
• Advising Management timely of additional resource needs and involvement in subsequent recruitment process.
• Developing, adhere and maintain other targets concerning staffing: production, overtime budgeting and productivity.
• Proactively fostering an interactive and collaborative team environment with own and other teams in local and virtual team settings to facilitate the accomplishment of business goals.
• Initiating regular and efficient meetings to encourage 2-way communication and actively listen to feedback.
• Demonstrating a good understanding of all relevant policies and regulations and ensure self and team are compliance to prevent reputational and financial risk, displaying a ‘can do’ attitude in all aspects of the role; take initiative and operate from drive for success rather than fear of failure

About You:

• You have 5+ years’ experience in managerial role in related field (Accounts Payable, Treasury or Bookkeeping)
• You have 6+ years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably in Hedge Funds, Real Estate and Private Equity lines of business with exposure to Treasury Operations; Trade Matching and Collateral.
• Excellent command of English
• Possess effective organizational, client relationship and communication skills

• You have a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar

4300-5660 EUR GROSS
