About the Role

We are seeking a skilled, proactive Video Editor & Content Operations Manager to take full ownership of content production and distribution.

This role focuses on building a seamless “film-and-forget” system—transforming raw recordings into high-performing content across YouTube, podcast platforms, Instagram, and TikTok.

You’ll manage editing, repurposing, distribution, and workflow optimization , while bringing strategic input to elevate content quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Own the full content lifecycle from raw footage to published assets across all platforms
  • Edit long-form YouTube and podcast content with strong pacing and storytelling
  • Repurpose content into short-form clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with captions and hooks
  • Design or coordinate thumbnails to improve click-through rates
  • Manage content uploads, scheduling, tagging, and optimization across platforms
  • Convert video scripts into email content using AI and distribute via GoHighLevel
  • Build and maintain a streamlined “film-and-forget” workflow for consistent output
  • Extract and repurpose content from calls and existing recordings
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
  • Maintain organized content systems, folders, and publishing calendars
  • Collaborate with the founder and proactively suggest content improvements

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of video editing and content production experience (must-have)
  • Proven experience with long-form and short-form content (must-have)
  • Strong understanding of content repurposing and social media trends (must-have)
  • Experience managing end-to-end content workflows (must-have)
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted content workflows and automation tools
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Experience supporting entrepreneurs or personal brands (preferred)

  • Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar (must-have)
  • Platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Podcast platforms (must-have)
  • CRM & Distribution: GoHighLevel (must-have)
  • AI Tools: ChatGPT or similar (must-have)
  • Design: Canva, Photoshop (nice-to-have)
