Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to support a growing healthcare and wellness practice with its daily content creation and social media presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming ideas and raw materials into polished, engaging visual content. You will be responsible for creating and editing videos, designing branded graphics, and publishing content across social media platforms while helping maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
The ideal candidate is creative but also organized and dependable—someone who can work independently, manage daily content deadlines, and consistently produce high-quality work within a part-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics and video content for social media platforms.
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and platform-ready content.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics that support marketing and social media goals.
- Prepare content in the appropriate format and dimensions for different social media platforms.
- Publish and/or schedule daily social media posts from Monday through Friday.
- Help maintain a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence across social media channels.
- Apply creativity and visual storytelling to make content informative and appealing to the target audience.
- Maintain consistency in branding, design style, messaging, and overall content quality.
- Manage multiple content-related tasks efficiently and meet daily posting expectations and deadlines.
- Work independently while communicating clearly regarding content needs, priorities, revisions, and deadlines.
Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant is not required, but remote work experience is an advantage.
- Must have proven professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Must have experience creating visual content specifically for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, layout, and engaging digital content.
- Experience managing regular or daily social media content and posting schedules is highly preferred.
- Must have a portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant video editing and graphic design experience.
- Experience creating content for healthcare, wellness, acupuncture, or similar industries is a plus, but not required.
Basic Requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English clearly and professionally.
- Must have relevant work experience in video editing, graphic design, social media content creation, or a closely related field.
- Strong creativity and attention to visual details.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to consistently meet daily content and posting deadlines.
- Must be reliable and available during the agreed-upon weekday schedule, including availability until 2:00 PM ET when needed.
- Must be able to submit an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
- Must be available for video meetings with the camera on when needed.

- Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer capable of handling video editing and graphic design software.
- Internet: Stable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
- Audio: Noise-canceling headset for virtual meetings and communication.
- Video: Working webcam for virtual meetings.
- Workspace: Quiet and professional home workspace suitable for remote work.
- Must have reliable access to the tools/software needed to create, edit, export, and manage digital content.
