SUMMARY
This hybrid role combines hands-on videography and editing with multimedia content production to support high visibility enterprise projects. This person shoots, edits, and packages video and supporting multimedia assets, and also develops multi-platform distribution plans to extend that content's reach — turning the Producer's plans (and their own ideas) into finished, distributed assets across web, social, and internal channels.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.
Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for interviews, events, b-roll, and studio production across all three business lines.
Edit raw footage into polished final videos — corporate, training, social, executive, and event recap content — using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
Design supporting multimedia assets: motion graphics, thumbnails, captions/subtitles, and short-form social cuts.
Develop and execute multi-channel content plans (intranet, LinkedIn, YouTube, internal newsletters) to maximize reach and engagement.
Maintain a content calendar and repurpose long-form video into platform-specific formats.
Manage the media asset library, footage archives, and file backup/organization.
Stay current on platform trends, accessibility standards, and emerging production/editing tools.
Partner with the Producer on shot planning and provide field production support.
Perform other related duties and activities as required.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills required for the Job
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, or equivalent experience.
5–10 years of experience in videography, video editing, and/or multimedia or digital content roles in enterprise, agency, or broadcast environments.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite; experience with professional/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
Demonstrated experience adapting video content for social/digital platforms and measuring content performance.
Strong storytelling, visual composition, and motion-graphics skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and balance creative integrity while implementing feedback from different stakeholders.
Other Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 25–30% to support business-line shoots and events.
Physical Requirements:
Normal Office Work, Data Entry: Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
