As live sports consumption increasingly shifts to digital and social platforms, there is a growing need for video editors who can create high-impact, real-time content that keeps fans engaged throughout live matches and tournaments. At SI, Video Editors play a critical role in delivering fan-first visual experiences, ensuring that key match moments are quickly transformed into engaging, platform-optimized content that drives reach, interaction, and shareability.</p><div><br /></div> <p class="Primary Responsibilities"><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b> </p><ul><li>Editing of audio and video files, using the appropriate software FCP X to reconfigure asset to an acceptable delivery format for product build</li><li>Promo Editing of video files with using the appropriate software and having a sense of video styling and colour correction</li><li>Should be versatile with sound usage in videos</li><li>To reformatting of illustrations and photos using the appropriate software (FCP X) to an acceptable delivery format for product build</li><li>Where applicable, oversee image manipulation it terms of cultural sensitivity and cultural relevance to fulfil key market requirements</li></ul><p></p> <p class="Additional Responsibilities"><b>Technical Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software </li><li>Strong understanding of short-form video formats and social media trends </li><li>Experience editing sports or high-volume digital content </li><li>Familiarity with platform-specific video optimization (aspect ratios, duration, captions, etc.)</li> </ul>
