Position Overview:

The Video Editor creates compelling visual content across the full creative spectrum, producing engaging short-form and long-form video assets that elevate brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support marketing and business development initiatives. This role combines video production, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and creative design to bring the TalentBridge brand and client messaging to life across digital platforms.

How You Make a Difference: Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging social platforms.
  • Create long-form brand videos, product explainers, recruiting campaigns, thought leadership content, podcasts, interviews, testimonials, and event recap videos.
  • Design engaging motion graphics, animated text overlays, transitions, intros/outros, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and audience retention.
  • Develop visually compelling social media creatives, digital ad assets, thumbnails, and branded marketing collateral that align with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, recruiting, and leadership teams to conceptualize, storyboard, script, and execute creative video campaigns from ideation through final delivery.
  • Capture and edit video footage, audio, and supporting visual assets while ensuring professional production quality and brand consistency.
  • Maintain and evolve visual consistency across multiple brand styles, audiences, and campaigns ranging from enterprise-level messaging to patriotic and culture-driven content.
  • Optimize video content for various platforms, aspect ratios, formats, and audience engagement best practices.
  • Support podcast production including video editing, audio synchronization, clipping highlight reels, and creating promotional assets.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to integrate animations, branding, and multimedia assets into cohesive campaigns.
  • Organize and manage digital media libraries, project files, templates, and production assets efficiently.
  • Stay current on industry trends, social media algorithms, AI-assisted editing tools, video storytelling techniques, and emerging content strategies.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
