**Munich, Germany · Full-time (35 hrs/4-day week) · Marketing and Communications** **About the Role** Do you have an eye for strong visuals and a feel for timing, sound and editing? Then join our creative team and help us develop performance-driven social media ads that really make an impact – from post-production to fresh ideas for new formats. **Responsibilities** → Post-production: You cut vertical short-form videos for social media ads – including subtitles, sound effects and music selection. → Optimization: You analyze the performance of your videos and work closely with our performance marketing team. → UGC editing: You don't just cut your own footage, but also turn user generated content into strong formats. → Animation: You bring our ads to life with call-to-actions, end cards and dynamic overlays. → Testing: You continuously develop new video ads with the performance team – from HQ videos to UGC – testing hooks, format lengths and iterations. → Idea development: You actively contribute new ideas to take our social media ads to the next level. **Qualifications** → A great passion for video editing. → At least 1–2 years of experience in video editing – no degree or apprenticeship required, your skills count. → Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Final Cut. → A feel for storytelling and brand communication – you can get to the point even with complex topics in engaging video snippets. → Experience with image editing as well as modern layout & design in digital advertising materials. → Interest in sports and health – enthusiasm for planning and creating content with pro athletes and Hydraid® Ambassadors. **Benefits** → Starting immediately, a varied, creative and high-impact position in a dynamically growing startup → 4-day week at full salary (35 hrs/week, Fridays off) → Pay above the industry average → 1–2 days of home office per week, otherwise in the office in Munich → Creative freedom and a highly motivated, sports-loving team → 22 vacation days **Interested?** Send us your application (CV is enough, no cover letter needed) to [jobs@hydraid.com](mailto:jobs@hydraid.com).
