Video Editor & Videographer

We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and enthusiastic Video Editor + Videographer who understands Instagram, Reels, and what makes digital content engaging.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in video editing and videography
  
• Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form video content
  
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas
  
• Ability to understand trends, audience preferences, hooks, and engaging content formats
  
• Energetic, lively, and comfortable working in front of or behind the camera
  
• Good sense of visual storytelling, framing, transitions, music, and pacing
  
• Willingness to experiment with new content styles and creative concepts
  
• Mature, responsible, and professional when handling work
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  

Requirements

• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and other social media content
  
• Plan and execute video shoots from concept to final edit
  
• Create engaging and trend-based content suitable for Instagram and other digital platforms
  
• Work closely with the Team Leader and Founder to develop and execute content ideas
  
• Suggest new creative concepts, formats, and video ideas
  
• Manage basic videography, lighting, framing, and audio during shoots
  
• Ensure videos are polished, engaging, and aligned with the brand's content style
