What does Video Editor do at WPP Production?
As a Video Editor, you will be attending to day-to-day adaptation work with a primary master to deliver across the international markets. This will require strong Premiere Pro and After Effects skills and an excellent understanding of international broadcast standards.
Responsibilities:
- Editing, Re-Editing according to the story boards and/or briefs to arrive at the required duration of the commercial while keeping the essential story/message intact.
- Incorporate various artworks, graphics and renders got from various other departments strictly following the given file management structure.
- Building Broadcast clocks according to delivery specs
- Laying sound mix and measuring the audio meter to ensure it fits the delivery standard
- Adding legal lines in their right templates and duration for various markets.
- Changing product packs and motion graphic elements in After Effects
- Ensuring all broadcast material is 100% compliant for target market in legal and technical standards.
Requirements:
- Strong Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Strong Editing and Motion Graphics skills.
- Strong understanding of Standards, Frame Rates, Aspect Ratios and Audio Specs.
- Proven experience working on commercials for large brands delivering to international markets.
- A good understanding of current Asian, American, UK and European broadcast requirements.
- Great attention to detail to identify quality, size and colour mismatches on the go.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment which demands varied set of rules to be followed across multiple clients and markets.
