Video Producer
Summary
Produces marketing and social-first videos for the AICPA: editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, creating motion graphics in After Effects, handling audio/color work, and helping lead on-location shoots. Individual contributor on a hybrid schedule, managing own timelines and brand alignment.
About the Role\:
You will help create compelling marketing videos, working on assigned projects while receiving strategic oversight from the Lead Creative and Senior Producer. You will create video content, manage your own timelines, and ensure all assets align with brand guidelines. You will report to the Lead Multimedia Production Manager as an individual contributor. You will use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will\:
- Edit videos and social-first content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create motion graphics and visual effects in After Effects.
- Handle audio syncing, color correction, and basic mixing.
- Help or lead on-location shoots (depending on complexity), including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Capture high-quality B-roll and interview footage.
- Manage asset organization and media libraries.
- Coordinate feedback loops with partners and ensure deliverables are completed.
