About the Role\:

You will support projects from concept through final delivery, turning ideas and complex topics into clear, engaging video and audio content. You will support our studio in Washington DC, maintaining studio readiness and providing hands-on technical and production support for programs with a variety of senior colleagues. You will also support remote recordings, virtual and hybrid productions, learning programes, webcasts, field prouductions, and other projects. You will report to the Lead Multimedia Production Manager as an individual contributor. You will use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will\:

  • Conduct or support remote recordings, webcasts, virtual and hybrid productions, livestreams, and webcam-based productions.
  • Edit short- and long-form video and audio content, including creative programs, interviews, learning content, and podcasts
  • Manage assigned projects through pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Track timelines and quality control to ensure projects meet timeline, technical, creative, and brand expectations.
  • Manage project files, video assets, and media libraries within storage systems.
  • Follow established production processes and contribute to improvements in workflows, tools, and collaboration.
  • Be the primary hands-on production resource for the Washington, DC studio, with studio readiness and reliable operation as the highest priority.
  • Work with senior leaders, executives, and partners, together with creative leadership, to plan and complete studio productions, communicating throughout the production process.
  • Prepare, configure, operate, and troubleshoot studio equipment and production systems, including cameras, lighting, microphones, audio systems, cabling, signal routing, monitoring, and related hardware.
  • Resolve technical issues quickly to minimize disruption
  • Support regional production, with an emphasis on events and productions in the greater Washington, DC/Maryland region.
  • Travel regionally or nationally to support conferences, events, shoots, and other productions.
  • Coordinate off-site production logistics, including travel, equipment, freelance crews and vendors, schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.
