Job Title: Video Producer & Editor Intern
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Type: Internship (Full-Time / Part-Time) | Duration: 3–6 Months
Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative Video Producer & Editor Intern to assist across the entire production lifecycle, from concept and shooting to editing short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing channels. This is in collaboration with the Cubet marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Production: Brainstorm video concepts, draft scripts, and build shot lists for Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Production: Assist with video shoots, lighting setups, framing, and audio recording.
- Post-Production: Edit raw footage, add captions, basic motion graphics, sound design, and color grading. Reformat videos for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16).
- Asset Management: Organize media libraries and collaborate with marketing to deliver projects on deadline.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong portfolio/demo reel showing video editing and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
- Knowledge of social media video trends (LinkedIn videos, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Familiarity with basic camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
