Video Producer

Creates and edits short-form social videos and ads for luxury/fragrance brands, handling concept-to-post-production with cameras, lighting, and Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve.
Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire for a Video Producer. In this role, you will lead end-to-end video production—from initial concept and on-set execution to post-production—creating high-impact visual assets for short-form social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts), paid performance ads, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm, script, and storyboard visual concepts for new scent launches, promotional campaigns, UGC-style performance ads, and brand storytelling.
- Handle camera operations, lighting, audio, and set styling.
- Edit, color grade, and sound design video assets using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Stay ahead of social media video trends, audio hooks, and visual formats to produce high-engagement TikToks and Reels.
- Manage in-house cameras, lighting rigs, audio equipment, and tabletop studio setups for glass/product photography and video.
- Maintain organized digital asset management (DAM) systems and raw footages.
Key Requirements:
- 2–5 years of video production/editing experience, ideally in beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, or fast-growing DTC/e-commerce brands.
- Ability to balance high-production brand videos with fast-turnaround, trend-based daily content.
- Strong sense of color theory, framing, motion design, and audio pairing that elevates the luxury and sensory feel of our products.
