Video Producer / Videographer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Video Producer / Videographer to join our team. If you enjoy telling real-life stories, interviewing people, and creating meaningful documentary-style content, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

* Plan, produce and shoot high-quality videos.

* Conduct real-life interviews and tell authentic human stories.

* Work closely with the team to develop story ideas and interview questions.

* Operate professional camera equipment for both indoor and outdoor shoots.

* Set up lighting, audio and filming equipment.

* Edit videos for social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Xiaohongshu.

* Ensure videos are delivered on schedule with high production quality.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in video production.

* Strong storytelling and interview skills.

* Experience producing documentary or human-interest content is an advantage.

* Proficient in operating DJI and Sony cameras.

* Good understanding of camera settings, composition, lighting and audio recording.

* Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Creative, proactive and willing to learn.

* Comfortable travelling around Singapore for filming assignments.

* Passionate about creating content that inspires and connects with people.

Bonus Skills

* Drone operating experience (with the appropriate licence if required).

* Photography skills.

* Motion graphics or colour grading experience.

* Experience managing social media content.
