NewWhat are your contributions to the team?
- Support video projects from concept to delivery, including basic editing, color correction, and audio balancing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications, product, events) to execute creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in the development of mood boards, storyboards, and scripts.
- Contribute to project coordination by maintaining clear communication and supporting alignment with stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality video and motion content under the guidance of senior team members.
- Manage assigned tasks across multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Apply fundamental knowledge of camera operation, composition, and lighting in both studio and on-location settings.
- Operate video equipment, including cameras, basic audio gear, and lighting setups.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in video and motion design.
- Support coverage of internal events, with occasional travel as required.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have 1–3 years of experience in video production, editing, or motion design.
- You have a basic understanding of video storytelling, editing workflows, and brand consistency.
- You have experience collaborating within a team environment.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- You are proficient in Final Cut Pro; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
- You have a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- You have good communication skills in English and French.
- You have aviation or corporate marketing exposure; this is considered an asset.
