Videographer: Creative Lab Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and agile Videographer to join our Eagle Hills AI Creative Lab. In this role, you will travel the world to capture state-of-the-art video content for world-class hospitality properties, creating high-end visual assets for our websites, social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and global promotions.

You will be the foundational boots on the ground for our "Physical-to-Digital" pipeline , capturing premium on-site footage that feeds directly into our high-velocity, AI-augmented production workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Global Content Creation: Travel internationally to shoot stunning, state-of-the-art video footage of luxury hospitality properties.
• Multi-Platform Production: Shoot and edit premium video assets tailored specifically for websites, social media, digital advertising, and diverse promotional campaigns.
• Pipeline Integration: Execute on-site shoots that seamlessly integrate into our tech-driven production ecosystem , working alongside a multidisciplinary team of creators.
• Brief Execution: Collaborate closely with our content production team to translate creative briefs into compelling cinematic realities.
• Aesthetic Excellence: Ensure every frame matches the elegance, precision, and clean aesthetic of our luxury brands.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in video production, cinematography and digital content creation.
• A proven portfolio/showreel of past works that you can share, demonstrating excellent framing, lighting, and editing capabilities.
• High mobility and a willingness to travel frequently and adapt to international shooting schedules.
• Location: This is a full-time position based in Zagreb or Beograd, with mandatory office time required.
