Videographer
Plan and lead video productions from concept to final delivery.
Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules.
Scout filming locations and coordinate production logistics.
Set up and operate professional cameras, lighting, audio, and related equipment.
Direct camera operators, production crew, and on-camera talent during filming.
Capture high-quality interviews, b-roll, promotional content, and live event footage.
Ensure all video and audio recordings meet quality and brand standards.
Edit video content, mix audio, perform color correction, and deliver polished final productions.
Oversee the post-production workflow and ensure projects are completed on time.
Train and mentor production staff on filming techniques, equipment use, and editing best practices.
Provide constructive feedback to improve production quality and team performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years' professional experience in videography and video editing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of commercial, promotional, and digital video projects.
