  • Plan and lead video productions from concept to final delivery.

  • Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules.

  • Scout filming locations and coordinate production logistics.

  • Set up and operate professional cameras, lighting, audio, and related equipment.

  • Direct camera operators, production crew, and on-camera talent during filming.

  • Capture high-quality interviews, b-roll, promotional content, and live event footage.

  • Ensure all video and audio recordings meet quality and brand standards.

  • Edit video content, mix audio, perform color correction, and deliver polished final productions.

  • Oversee the post-production workflow and ensure projects are completed on time.

  • Train and mentor production staff on filming techniques, equipment use, and editing best practices.

  • Provide constructive feedback to improve production quality and team performance.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' professional experience in videography and video editing.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of commercial, promotional, and digital video projects.
