Flare Energy Services is hiring an in-house videographer in San Antonio to plan, shoot, and edit promotional, social media, and internal video content, operating camera, lighting, and audio gear and supporting live streams, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
We are seeking a creative and skilled videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that showcases our projects, services, and company culture. You will collaborate with various departments to develop engaging visual narratives that align with our brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional materials, social media, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to conceptualize video projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to produce high-quality footage.
- Edit video footage using industry-standard software, adding graphics, music, and voiceovers as needed.
- Maintain and organize video files and archives for easy access and retrieval.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance video production quality and efficiency.
- Assist with live streaming events and webinars as required.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, lighting, and sound design.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex ideas through visual media.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A degree in film production, multimedia arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
