Job description
About Us
At Monday Rascals Weddings & Families, heart, creativity, and purpose drive everything we do on shoot, behind the lens, and beyond. We are all about capturing real moments while creating a work environment that is candid, balanced, and built on genuine connections. Here, you will find a space where you can bring your ideas to life, your growth is supported, and your creativity gets to shine every day.
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, talented, and versatile Full-Time Videographer who can confidently handle both emotive wedding/family storytelling and professional corporate video production.
If you love capturing emotional moments, transforming real stories into cinematic visuals, working in a creative, love-filled industry, and producing clean, polished corporate content. This role is for you.
Contract Type: Full-time
Experience: 1-2 years of experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
Creative Energy
You know how to create compelling narratives for both weddings and corporate environments, whether it’s a romantic highlight film, a conference, a networking event, an award ceremony, or an annual dinner.
Technical Proficiency
Skilled in operating professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment, with the versatility to switch seamlessly between a candid, documentary-style approach for weddings and a more structured, polished shooting style for corporate productions.
Video Editing
Proficient in one of the editing software programs (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve), creating wedding films, corporate promos, interviews, and social media videos with polished color grading, audio, and pacing.
Pre-shoot Planning & Client Management
Lead pre-shoot meetings with couples and clients (if needed) to understand their vision, plan timelines, and align expectations, while managing communication, schedules, and deliverables to ensure a smooth and proper workflow.
Team Player
You love bouncing ideas off others, taking feedback, and bringing positive energy to the team. You are genuinely interested in the world of weddings, families & corporate, and you are excited to work in an industry full of love, stories, and creativity. Willingness to work on weekends because most weddings don’t happen on weekdays!
