Job Summary

Create compelling video content showcasing Singapore’s luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality properties. Deliver high-quality visual storytelling independently with fast turnaround in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software to highlight luxury real estate and lifestyle properties
• Utilize AI-assisted content creation tools to enhance video production quality and efficiency
• Operate cameras, gimbals, and drones to capture high-quality footage for diverse property types
• Apply a strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling to create captivating narratives that resonate with target audiences
• Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring timely delivery within a fast-paced, high-volume content pipeline
• Continuously learn and improve videography and editing skills to maintain cutting-edge content standards
• Collaborate with the real estate team to align video content with brand and marketing objectives
• Bonus: Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to tailor content for bilingual audiences

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or real estate video content production
• Valid drone license for professional drone operation
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
