JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and passionate video editor & videographer to join our team at APX Luxury Thailand. You will be responsible for end-to-end videography for Hello! Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Production

• Receive briefs and understand the client’s objectives and requirements.
• Develop creative concepts and the overall video direction.
• Conduct research and source relevant references.
• Write scripts, develop storyboards, and prepare shot lists.
• Plan the storytelling approach, camera angles, and visual direction.
• Coordinate with the production team and relevant stakeholders.
• Plan the shooting schedule and determine the filming sequence.

Production

• Oversee filming to ensure it aligns with the agreed concept and storyboard.
• Direct visuals and provide guidance on camera angles, camera movements, and visual composition.
• Manage the filming sequence and ensure the shoot stays on schedule.
• Coordinate between photographers, crew members, talent, and clients.
• Troubleshoot on-set issues and adjust plans as needed.
• Review footage to ensure sufficient material is captured for post-production.
• Ensure all required content and key shots are covered during filming.

Post-Production

• Select and organize footage after filming.
• Brief and supervise video editors, including selecting interview highlights and music.
• Film and edit short-form video content for social media.
• Review content accuracy and ensure consistency with the brand’s image and guidelines.
• Consolidate client feedback and coordinate revisions with the editing team.
• Review the final cut and ensure the quality of deliverables before submission.
• Create video thumbnails and cover images.
• Upload and publish videos on YouTube. For other platforms, the writers and social media team will be responsible for publishing the content.
