Missions
JOB PURPOSE :
We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst with a keen interest in turning data into strategic insights and supporting data-driven decision-making, with a particular focus on Banco Credibom’s Human Resources & Logistics Department and on providing data analytics support to the Logistics function.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to a professional career in the HR & Logistics Analytics ecosystem, working on the optimisation of people management processes, logistics efficiency and operational data analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Data Analysis
• Support the collection, processing and analysis of Logistics metrics, including vehicle fleet data, infrastructure consumption and associated cost analysis, and carbon footprint calculations.
• Support the optimisation of Human Resources dashboards.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and periodic reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making by the Bank’s management team.
Data Management & Structuring (SQL & Data Lake)
• Develop and optimise SQL queries for the extraction, cleansing and modelling of data from multiple systems.
• Liaise with and support the use of the corporate Data Lake infrastructure, assisting with the access, organisation and validation of relational and non-relational data sources.

Formation / Spécialisation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, Data Science, Statistics, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources and Logistics.
Niveau d'expérience minimum
0 - 2 ans
Expérience
Strong SQL knowledge, including data extraction, data integration and database manipulation.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including the development of interactive reports, data visualisation, and basic data modelling/DAX.
• Knowledge of Data Lake architectures is considered an advantage.
• Good command of advanced Excel.
• Preference given to fluency in Portuguese or fluency in English..
