VIE – Service Buyer (M/F) – Congo

Master’s degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in Procurement, Contract Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have initial experience in service procurement, including managing the full procurement process, ideally gained within the energy sector or in a technical industrial environment.
You have skills in:
- Tender preparation and management;
- Technical and commercial bid analysis;
- Contract and purchase order drafting;
- Negotiation techniques;
- Contract risk management;
- Supplie rmarket analysis.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly:
- Excel;
- PowerPoint;
- Word.
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
A minimum C1 level in French is required. A B2 level in English is also expected.
