Vietnam CS & Marketing Specialist

As a CS & Marketing Specialist, you will be the voice and face of our app for the Vietnamese community in Taiwan. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of empathy to solve financial service inquiries and creativity to drive brand engagement. You will ensure our users—primarily Vietnamese—feel supported, valued, and empowered to use our services.

1. Customer Success & Support

• Provide high-quality support via phone, social media (Facebook/Line/Tiktok), and in-app chat regarding remittance status, account verification (KYC), and app navigation.
• Resolve transaction-related issues by coordinating with the internal product and operations teams.
• Educate users on the benefits and security features of the Vietmoney app to build long-term trust.
• Collect and synthesize user feedback to help the Product Manager improve the app’s features and flow.

2. Marketing & Community Engagement

• Create and localize engaging content (text, images, and short videos) for our Vietnamese social media channels.
• Manage community groups and respond to comments to maintain a positive brand image.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including livestreams, holiday promotions (Tết, Mid-Autumn), and offline community events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Vietnamese migrant worker community in Taiwan.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (experience in fintech, remittance, or financial services is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese (native level) and proficiency in English or Mandarin
• Familiar with social media and digital marketing platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment
