Village & Sales Manager
Lead a thriving community. Shape what comes next.
Some leadership roles are about operations.
Some sales roles are about targets.
This role is about people.
The residents who call Trinity Green home.
The people considering their next chapter.
The team who help make it all happen.
As our people-focussed Village & Sales Manager, you'll be a trusted leader at the heart of a thriving retirement community.
You'll lead village operations, support future residents as they make one of life's biggest decisions, and help strengthen a community already known for its connection, warmth and engagement.
If you're looking for a role where people, purpose and performance all matter, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
Why experienced leaders stop scrolling
Let's be honest. Some leadership roles become consumed by administration, compliance and paperwork.
This isn't one of them.
At Trinity Green, you'll have the opportunity to:
Join a village with strong resident engagement and the opportunity to build on an already positive community experience.
Own both operations and sales in a role that combines people leadership, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Help people feel confident about their next chapter, guiding them through a significant life decision with care and empathy.
Become a familiar and trusted presence within the village, getting to know residents, their families and the local community.
See the impact of your work firsthand, from welcoming new residents to helping shape a community people are proud to call home.
Where you'll make an impact
You'll be trusted to:
Lead the day-to-day operations and performance of Trinity Green.
Create an exceptional experience for residents, families and prospective residents at every stage of their journey.
Drive occupancy outcomes through prospect engagement, community relationships and local marketing initiatives.
Lead and develop a dedicated village team.
Build strong relationships with residents, committees and key stakeholders, including presenting at village meetings and AGMs.
Manage budgets, compliance, contractor relationships and operational planning.
Foster a welcoming, connected and inclusive community where people can thrive.
You'll thrive here if...
You're a natural relationship builder who enjoys getting to know people and their stories.
You lead with empathy, but you're also comfortable making decisions and taking accountability.
You enjoy balancing community leadership with sales accountability.
You're confident building relationships that lead to positive customer and commercial outcomes.
You take ownership and look for solutions rather than waiting for direction.
You build trust quickly and communicate with authenticity.
You believe leadership is about presence, visibility and showing up consistently for your team and customers.
Experience in retirement living, property, hospitality, health, aged care, community services, real estate or another customer-focused leadership environment will be highly regarded. Sales or business development experience will also set you up for success.
What you'll need
Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
