VIP ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Providing personalised, high-quality customer service
- Developing personalised offers through optimised CRM management
- Analysing performance using KPIs
- Be fully trilingual in NL-FR-EN
- Have previous experience in customer service or sales, or hold a higher education qualification
- An interest in sport, casinos and bookmaking
- Excellent communication skills
- Good listening, analytical and problem-solving skills
